PARK CENTER

This adaptive re-use project converts an existing "Miesian" structure and adds a new 3 level section to form a 52 unit, multi-family residential with mental health support.

The two structures are connected with a bridge that spans the open space common area below. All units feature floor to ceiling window systems and have access to multiple exterior and interior congregational areas.
